How Do I Cash-In My Poker chips?

All cash-ins must be made through our Poker software.

To cash-in, click the BANK button in the Poker Room, select CASH-IN and select the amount that you wish to withdraw. This will record your cash-in with us immediately and your cash-in will be placed in a pending account for 24 hours. During this period you will be able to reverse all or part of your cash-in.

Bonuses can be cashed-in only after the Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions requirements are satisfied.

After this 24 hour period has elapsed the funds will be released, promptly processed and sent to you via the payment method of your choice, where available. Please note that you may be requested to comply with certain Security Requirements to receive your cash-ins. .

Roxy Poker reserves the right to delay and/or stop the processing of cash-in requests until final approval has been received for any outstanding purchase transactions. Please also note that there is minimum cash-in limit of $ 20, any balances less than $ 20 will be reversed into your Poker account.

In order to enable you to receive your money as quickly as possible, please ensure that all information submitted by you is accurate and complete so that we can process your requests without delay.

Cash-In Payment Methods 
Please note that, unlike many other casinos, we do not charge fees for any of our cash-in methods. Please note that due to Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club International card regulations we are not permitted to return funds to your Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club International card. The casino will refund your money using one or any combination of the following methods:

Checks
Direct Bank Transfer (ACH)
Wire Transfer
Neteller

Checks may take up to 21 days for delivery to the address submitted by you during registration via regular mail. If your address has changed, please notify us immediately to prevent any delays in service. Should you request to have your check sent by international courier service, a charge will be applicable and this will be deducted from the amount of the cash in. The courier service charges for checks over $ 1,000 will be paid by Roxy Poker. Checks delivered by international courier service will take approximately 3-6 business days to deliver.

Direct Bank Transfer (ACH) is an electronic transfer of funds directly into your account.
This payment method takes 3-5 business days to show in your banking account. The following information is required by the Poker Room to successfully arrange the transfer of funds to your account:

• the amount you wish to redeem
  
• your bank account number
• the 9 digit ABA / Routing number of your bank (please confirm this number with your bank)
• your full name as it appears as a signatory to the account
• type of account (Checking or Savings)

Please note that you must be a signatory to the bank account to utilize this method

Wire Transfer
If you are located outside the US you may request a Wire Transfer when cashing in your chips. Please note that for cash ins that are less than $1000 you will be charged a small fee.

Neteller - Should you purchase using Neteller winnings can be paid to your Neteller account.
