How Do I Make A Credit Card Purchase?
Purchasing Poker chips by Credit Card is the fastest way to start playing.
Approved transactions will be credited to your Poker account immediately so you
can begin playing right away. You may use either a MasterCard or Visa card and
each player may register a maximum of 3 credit cards.
To purchase Poker chips using Credit Cards:

Click the BANK button in the Poker room.

Select ADD CREDIT CARD and register your credit card(s) by following the
instructions on-screen.

Once you have registered your credit card(s) select PURCHASE in the Banking
menu

Choose the CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS option.

Select the credit card that you wish to use to purchase from, the amount
required and confirm your purchase

These purchases will be billed by our services company Ncrypt Solutions an
affiliate of roxypalace.com and will reflect on your statement as
Ncryptsolutions/roxy, Roxy Poker, Roxy Poker /PCS or roxypoker.com.

Please note that there may be a delay of approximately 24 hours between the
time when the credit card purchase took place at the Poker Room and when it is
reflected on your credit card statement.

We recommend you print out all transaction data, the rules of the game and the
payment methods, and to keep them where they are easily accessible
The transaction will be automatically processed and your account will be
updated with the amount of chips you have purchased, usually within seconds
Please note that some banks have chosen to decline online gaming purchases via
Credit Card. Should you encounter any difficulty purchasing using your Credit
Card we have several other convenient methods for you to use. Poker purchase
limits for credit cards:
A purchase limit of US500 per registered credit card refreshed twice-weekly on
Mondays and Thursdays at midnight (24h00) Eastern Standard Time. Maximum
purchase limit of US500 per registered credit card per day. Maximum of 10
transactions per day with a single transaction limit of US500. Should you
require your limits to be increased please contact our support desk.
