The following terms and conditions govern the use of the Roxy Poker web site
and online Poker Room.
In addition to the standard terms and conditions set out below, certain terms
and conditions govern all promotions and special offers offered to players. It
is important that you familiarize yourself with such terms and conditions
before accepting any promotional offer. Please review the Promotions

Roxy Poker is fully licensed and regulated by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission,
Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake, Canada, for purposes of operating online gaming
on the Internet.
Such gaming, however, may not be legal in some jurisdictions under certain
conditions, and in some jurisdictions may not be legal under any conditions.
Please verify the laws in your jurisdiction before registering and carefully
read our terms and conditions which follow.
For certain legal and banking reasons we regret we may be unable to accept
players from certain parts of South East Asia, Southern Africa and Eastern
Europe.
Poker Room Terms and Conditions

By playing at Roxy Poker (the "Poker Room"), you represent and warrant that you
have read, fully understand and agree to comply with these Terms and
Conditions.

In order to participate in the activities and games of the Poker Room
(collectively "play") you must be a resident of a jurisdiction where such
participation is legal and not prohibited. play is void wherever prohibited by
law.

Play at the Poker Room is restricted to individuals of legal age of majority as
determined in the jurisdiction in which the individual resides. You cannot play
under any circumstances if you are not at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Play is for entertainment value only. No purchase is necessary or required to
play and you may participate without betting money if you wish. Any play is at
your sole option, discretion and risk and by doing so, you acknowledge that you
do not find the play or the Poker Room to be offensive, objectionable, unfair,
or indecent.

You are only permitted to enter the Poker Room for your own personal
entertainment and non-professional use. Any other entrance, access, use or
reuse of the Poker Room or the Poker Room Web site is strictly prohibited.

The Poker Room reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason
whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at
the time of such cancellation will be refunded to you using the method of
payment as determined by the Poker Room. However, the Poker Room reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, to void any winnings and appropriate any balance
in your Poker Room account in any of the following circumstances:
6.1. If you are not of legal age;
6.2. If you reside in a jurisdiction where play at the Poker Room is prohibited
by law;
6.3. If you provide incorrect or misleading registration information;
6.4. If you have "charged back" any of the purchases made with your credit card
or other applicable
purchase method on your Poker Room account;
6.5. If you are found cheating or if it is determined by the Poker Room that
you have employed or made use
of a system (including machines, computers,
software or other automated systems) designed
specifically to defeat the Poker Room;
6.6. If you have more than one active account at the Poker Room;
6.7. If the name on your Poker Room account does not match the name associated
with the payment
method used to make purchases on your Poker Room
account;
6.8. If you have not played at the Poker Room on an individual basis for
personal entertainment only (that
is, you have played in a professional sense or in
concert with other player(s) as part of a club,
group, etc.);
6.9. If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally)
someone else to play on your
Poker Room account;
6.10. If you participate in a Poker Room promotion and cash-in before
fulfilling the requirements of that
particular promotion; OR
6.11. If the Poker Room should become aware that you have played at any other
online Poker Room under
any of the circumstances set out in 6.1 to 6.10
above.

Prior to releasing any winnings to you, the Poker Room reserves the right to
conduct a security review and to require you to furnish the Poker Room with
information such as proof of identity, copies of credit cards, a signed
purchase history of your transactions or other appropriate documentation as the
Poker Room, in its sole discretion, deems necessary. If you fail to comply with
any security request, the Poker Room reserves the right to void any winnings in
your account.

By accepting any prize and/or winnings from the Poker Room, you consent to the
use of your name and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes
without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. Further, you
acknowledge and agree that you may be required to attend a public relations
event at the direction and expense of the Poker Room, without further
compensation to you.

If you have any dispute with regard to any outcome of play, you must submit
your complaint to the Poker Room in writing within fourteen (14) days. In the
event of a discrepancy between the result showing on your Poker Room software
and the Poker Room's gaming server software, the result showing on the Poker
Room's gaming server software shall be the official and governing result of
play.

You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on any prizes and/or
winnings that you collect from the Poker Room.

The Poker Room reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice to
you, to add new activities or games to the Poker Room or to discontinue any
activity or game of the Poker Room at any time.

If you do not log onto your Poker Room account for a period of 180 days, any
balance in your account may be forfeited to the Poker Room.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account number and password secure
and secret. You shall not allow any other person or third party including,
without limitation, any minor, to use or reuse your account, access and/or use
any materials or information from the Poker Room Web site, accept any prize, or
play at the Poker Room. You are solely responsible for any purchases and/or
losses that may occur on your account.

The Poker Room shall not be required to maintain user names or passwords if you
misplace, forget, lose, or are otherwise unable to enter the Poker Room because
of anything other than the Poker Room's error.

The Poker Room shall not be liable for computer malfunctions nor attempts by
you to play by methods, means or ways not intended by the Poker Room.

If you are found to be cheating or attempting to defraud the Poker Room, or if
you make untrue and/or malicious comments with regard to the Poker Room's
operation, the Poker Room reserves the right to publicize your actions together
with your identity, as well as to circulate this information including your
e-mail address to other Poker Rooms, banks, credit card companies, and
appropriate agencies.

You shall hold the Poker Room, its employees, officers, directors, licensees,
distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or
other agencies, media partners, agents and retailers harmless and shall fully
indemnify same from any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages
whatsoever that may arise as a result of:
17.1. your entry, use, or reuse of the Poker Room Web site
17.2. your use of any materials at the Poker Room Web site
17.3. your entry, use, or reuse of the Poker Room's gaming server
17.4. your play at the Poker Room, or,
17.5. your acceptance of any prize.

The Poker Room makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as
to your legal right to play, nor shall any of the Poker Room’s employees,
licensees, distributors, wholesalers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising,
promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the
authority to make any such representations or warranties.

Employees of the Poker Room, its licensees, distributors, wholesalers,
affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media
partners, retailers and members of the immediate families of each are not
eligible to play.

The player obtains no rights to the Poker Room’s trade name, nor any other
names, graphics, text, concepts or methodologies by using the Poker Room Web
site and the material contained therein.

By playing any game at the Poker Room, you warrant that you are familiar with
the rules of the particular game and acknowledge that the rules of each game
are available under the Game Rules section of the Poker Room.

You acknowledge that the Poker Room software and all material which may be
visually or audibly presented to you in your use of the Poker Room is the
intellectual property (including but not limited to copyright, domain name
rights and trademarks) of the poker Room or its licensor's and in this regard
you acknowledge that you have no rights whatsoever to use or lay claim to any
intellectual property belonging to the Poker Room and/or its licensors.

The Poker Room reserves the right to run and utilize a shared table and server
platform ("Shared Table Platform") which enables players from the Poker Room to
play with players coming into the games, tables and tournaments from other
sites and brands to the same Shared Table Platform so that the players may be
pooled into common tables regardless of which site or brand they may have
entered from. In such event, you agree that you may be pooled into these common
tables, at the Poker Room’s sole discretion, and that to the extent that you
breach the terms and conditions of one site or brand, the Poker Room may have
you blocked, in part or full, from the entire system so that you may not play
through any site or brand.

Abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated in the multi-player games
or with poker Room staff. Any violation of this policy will result in a
suspension of playing privileges or such other action as may be required by
Poker Room to ensure compliance.

The Poker Room reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any
time without notice to you. Such amendments will be effective immediately upon
being posted in this "Terms and Conditions" section of the Poker Room's Web
site. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions on a regular
basis.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy - In order to comply with the strict laws on money
laundering that exist in many jurisdictions we reserve the right to report suspicious
transactions to the federal or local authorities within those jurisdictions.
All use of this site is with your agreement to the following. Any type of activity which
we consider suspicious may oblige us to report to the relevant authorities. Examples of such
activities include: use of funds suspected to be derived from illegal activities; any suspected
intention to conceal or disguise funds derived from illegal activities; or suspicion that the
involvement of the Poker Room is in any manner intended to facilitate criminal activity.
If we for any reason suspect or become aware of any of the above, we may without notice or explanation:
- make a report to the relevant authorities;
- immediately deactivate or close your Poker Room Account; and/or
- withhold any funds held in such Account; and/or
- refuse registration or entry to all or any other group Casinos and /or Poker Rooms

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete, final and exclusive
agreement between you and the Poker Room and supersede and merge all prior
agreements, representations and understandings between you and the Poker Room.
Promotions Terms & Conditions
We encourage you to participate and enjoy our promotions, however we also need
to restrict players from abusing them. Therefore, the following terms and
conditions apply to all promotions, unless otherwise stated. By accepting any
promotional offer, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

As stated in the RoxyPoker.com Terms and Conditions, you
may have only one (1) account at RoxyPoker.com. The name on your RoxyPoker.com
account must match your true and legal name and identity. If you have more than
one (1) account or accounts in different names, then you must contact us
immediately to have your accounts merged. If you have lost your Account Number,
Alias or password, please contact us. If we discover that you have more than
one (1) account, we may close your accounts and for security reasons you may
forfeit your account balances.

RoxyPoker.com reserves the right to send particular promotions to particular
players. Promotional offers are intended for the addressed recipient only and
cannot be transferred. If you are not the intended recipient, then the offer is
null and void.

For the purpose of all promotions, dates and times shall be based on Eastern
Standard Time (GMT -5).

RoxyPoker.com reserves the right to limit the number of times that a player may
participate in a promotion. Except as otherwise expressly stated in the offer
itself, the promotion is limited to one per person, family, household address,
email address, credit card number and other common environments (fraternity,
university, libraries, etc.). Where multiple participation is permitted, we
reserve the right to limit the number of participations, in our sole
discretion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or
any combination of the following: name, address, email address,
credit/charge/debit number, IP Address and other forms of identification which
may be required.

The promotional bonus may not be used in combination with any other promotion
scheme, except as expressly offered by RoxyPoker.com.

Certain release requirements or cash out restrictions must be satisfied before
the bonus amount can be played with or cashed out. These restrictions or
requirements are contained in the offer itself and/or on a supplementary
disclaimer page.
6.1 Unless otherwise specified in the offer itself and/ or supplementary
disclaimer page, the standard
release requirement is that the bonus amount (the value of
bonus to be allocated based on the
promotion on offer) will be held until you play raked
hands equal to ten (10) times the bonus amount
within fifteen (15) days of making your deposit. Once
satisfied, the amount will be released to your
account to be played with and/or cashed out.

All cash outs are subject to audit before processing. RoxyPoker.com reserves
the right to reclaim bonuses or any winnings for failed audits.

Transfers made between Accounts (player "A" transferring money to player "B")
if applicable do not qualify as a deposit for this bonus offer.

Hands played at tournament tables or play money tables will not be included in
calculating the number of raked hands played for releasing the bonus Amount.

RoxyPoker.com reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a
promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, with or without notice.
Further, these Standard Promotional Offer Terms & Conditions may be
modified or amended at any time, with or without notice, by RoxyPoker.com by
the posting of new terms herein. It is your sole responsibility to check these
Terms & Conditions before accepting any promotional offer.
25% Sign Up Bonus up to $50
- To qualify for the sign up bonus, you need to download the RoxyPoker.com software, register a real account, and deposit a minimum of $20. The sign up bonus is a 25% bonus up to a maximum bonus of $50. For example if the first deposit is $100, the bonus amount will be $25 ($100x25%).
- In order to receive the full sign up bonus, players need to play raked hands equivalent to 10 times the bonus within 7 days of the first deposit. Raked hands must be played on $0.25/$0.50 tables or greater.
- The sign up bonus will be placed in a pending bonus account and will be released into your poker account in $10 increments for every 100 raked hands played. For example, if you deposit $100 and are entitled to a $25 bonus, once you have played 100 raked hands, $10 of the bonus will be credited to your poker account. Should the balance of the pending bonus be less then $10, then this balance will be released to your poker account on fulfillment of the outstanding raked hands required.
- To withdraw the bonus from the poker room players are required to play raked hands equivalent to six times the deposit plus the bonus (i.e. on a $100 deposit and bonus of $25 - $125x6 = 750 raked hands) If a deposit of greater than $200 is made, the raked hand condition will be ($200+$50) x6 = 1500.
- The bonus is only applicable on your first ever real money purchase at the poker room after 5th May 2004.

Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions
Refer a friend and you get $25, subject to the
following terms and conditions:

In addition to the definitions set forth in the RoxyPoker.com Terms &
Conditions, the following definitions shall apply: "Referrer" is the person
referring a friend; and "Referee" is the person being referred to
RoxyPoker.com.

To receive the $25 for referring a friend, the Referrer must have an account to
which real money of at least $50 has previously been deposited, and the referee
must have played 200 raked hands.

The Referee must be new to RoxyPoker.com and may not already have an account at
RoxyPoker.com under any other name or alias. players are only permitted to have
one (1) account at RoxyPoker.com.

The Referee must open an Account (using the same e-mail
address that the Refer-A-Friend invitation has been sent to by the referrer),
capture the referrer friend’s alias on registration, and then make a minimum
deposit of $50 or more, and play 200 raked hands. Once these requirements have
been met the $25 will be automatically credited to the referrer’s account.

The Refer A Friend promotion is not valid if your friend already plays on any
of the sites hosted by the Prima Poker Network.

If a player who has accepted a referral does not meet the qualifying criteria
for the refer-a-friend bonus within a period of 30 days, the referral will
expire, and qualification after this date will not be considered to be a valid
referral, and no monies will be payable to either the referrer or the referee.

otherwise specified above, and all activity at RoxyPoker.com is governed by
RoxyPoker.com Terms & Conditions.
